In June 2007 Shopify moved from Fort Worth, Texas to its new high availability facilities in Toronto, Canada.

The Data Center at 151 Front Street serves as Canada’s premier Carrier Hotel.

151 Front Street is home to more than 150 telecommunications companies and is one of North America’s most connected buildings with 9 unique fibre-optic networks, 25 diverse entrances, and more than 7,000 strands of fibre.

Located next to the CN Tower the data center has access to the CN Railway network which carries one of the biggest Internet Backbones in North America.
